Sign in to reviewThis was my first time coming to this nail salon and I loved how my nails turned out. The lady who did my nails, im not sure what her name was but she had short hair and bangs, was so good about making sure i liked every step of the process. I always get so nervous telling a nail tech about sometjing i dont like but she stopped every step of the way to make sure & made any changes i asked without complaint. Definetly recommend coming here. Only thing i probably wont get next time is the $10 cuticle care. It stinks because she just cut them and usually i feel like thats included in nails but i did need it desperately . I loved the final product!
I got a gel manicure by Rose here today and she was amazing! She was quick but also so thorough. She made sure the color I wanted exactly matched the photo I showed her, and did 4 coats of polish which was great. Also the pricing was pretty good, $45 for the gel mani and only $5 to remove my GelX set that had only been on for two weeks. I will definitely be back here when I’m in the Dallas area!
I love the builder gel! I chose Zen builder gel color number 17. It is exactly what I wanted. I usually go with acrylic but I don’t like how harsh it is on my nails. Builder gel is the perfect next best thing it’s not damaging to your nails yet it gives them the strength mine desperately needed. Most salons start at $90 for builder gel, it was only $70 with Nail tips. Highly recommend this nail salon, it is my favorite with reasonable pricing.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After my last visit, I left feeling disappointed, but I truly appreciate how this salon handled the situation. Hailey reached out to me personally, and she was so kind, sincere, and understanding about my experience. She took the time to listen and invited me back to give them another chance. I was a little hesitant at first because my previous visit hadn’t gone well, but Hailey reassured me that this time would be different and that another nail specialist would take care of me. Her kindness and genuine concern made me feel comfortable enough to come back. I’m very glad I did. I was helped by a nail specialist named Jin, and she was wonderful. She was gentle, patient, and checked in with me throughout the entire process, making sure I was happy with each step. It really meant a lot to feel listened to and cared for. I kept it simple and just had the same set fixed, and I truly love how they turned out. This visit completely changed my experience, and I left feeling happy and appreciated. Thank you to Hailey for reaching out and making things right, and to Jin for taking such great care of me. It really shows when a business values its customers.
Never go there. The girl who attended me had a terrible attitude. Today I made an appointment for gel nails, but I made a mistake — what I actually needed was a polygel removal and almond-shaped nails on my natural nails with just gel polish. She only wanted to finish quickly, she barely let the polish cure under the lamp, and she filed my nails way too aggressively until I had to ask her to please be gentler. She used a dirty brush to remove the dust and, without even asking me to wash my hands, painted directly over the dust. She wouldn’t let me properly see what she was doing. I asked for red and she pulled out a pink shade instead. When I asked her to change it, she grabbed a gel bottle that was almost empty and just used the leftovers. She applied the polish terribly, damaged my nail with the drill, and even filed over the polish because the shape came out wrong. On top of that, she left a thick flat surface on my nail that looks completely unnatural. As you can see in the picture, the service was awful. I paid $75 for this disaster. When I got home, I noticed all these issues and had to go to another salon to fix what they did. I will never come back. Attached is a photo of how my nails looked after going to DIVINES NAILS BAR — they saved my nails for only $40. Judge for yourselves. You can see the appointment and the phone number to confirm
