I rarely take the time to write corporate feedback, but what I experienced at your El Cajon location with Oscar deserves to be recognized at the highest level. I’m 44 years old, and I’ve dealt with countless mechanics over the years. I have never encountered anyone who embodies professionalism, skill, and genuine integrity the way Oscar does. From the moment I arrived, it was clear he takes pride in his work and operates with a strong moral compass—no upselling, no cutting corners, just honest, high-quality service. His communication, attention to detail, and respect for the customer far exceeded my expectations. Oscar represents what this industry should be. I’m in the process of moving to Borrego Springs, which is a considerable distance from El Cajon, but I will gladly make the drive back to your shop just to have Oscar work on my vehicles. With my schedule I find it difficult to schedule tasks such as auto maintenance. I had the opportunity to schedule the 90k service for my truck but only with two days notice. Oscar made arrangements to fit me in his busy schedule and I got my truck back the same day. I Would recommend Grease Monkey garage for all your automotive repairs!
