Sign in to reviewCassie Is amazing!!!! I cannot vent enough how amazing she is. My son has autism. Refused to get his haircut. She spent time with him showing each tool that she’s gonna use for his hair. Let him touch it, fill it. She’s overall amazing and I would recommend her anytime. 🫶🏻
We walked in, there were no customers, two stylists sitting in their chairs. They looked up from their phones, looked at us, no greetings, no acknowledgement, right back to their phones. An older lady (who I couldn't see) stood up from behind the register, said hi and checked us in. She immediately started the service, which is good,while the other two were still in their phones. Then that was the end of the good. The haircut was ridiculous. She cut it on the asymmetrical idea, however she blunt cut the whole back until the chin area when then she decided to do the angle, so just straight cut then an uneven drop. She chops the rest of the hair in the back, on the sides and side burn areas it looked like someone used blunt tip preschool scissors that were covered in glue to preform the cut. We drove around Santee looking for any place still open to see if it was fixable. No luck. Came home and recut it myself. What a waste of time and money, not to mention this cut was for for school pictures. I will never return, or ever recommend. Definitely steer clear of this location, bad customer service and lack skills.

I used to LOVE this place. I took both my kids here for years and had no issues. My kids both cut their long hair and one young woman helped us with who to donate it to. She put it in braids and everything. I went in there a week ago and was told I had to use the app to sign in. I don't have a smart phone. I asked if she could sign me in and she said in a minute. She was not cutting anyone's hair, just sitting there on her phone. I watched 5 more people sign in and show up in the 35 minutes I sat and waited. That doesn't seem right? I asked why she couldn't sign me in and she said "You know you can get an Obama phone for free" and at that point I was in tears. I've never been treated so badly before, it was humiliating. I'm genuinely sad because my son has autism and loves the other ladies there.
Love the haircuts here! My whole family gets theirs here and always return happy
