Great Wall Plano Super Buffet

Definitely the best Chinese buffet I have tried. Delicious food. Great atmosphere, kind staff. The waiter kept up with removing our plates as we got done. Definitely worth coming back. I will not be going to any other buffets after this. Everything tasted so fresh, and food was “restocked” as it was getting low.

Probably the best Chinese buffet around North dallas that I've been to. Was my first visit. Food was excellent; freshly made and tasty. The manager was very friendly, which gave me a welcoming feeling. No complaints for someone who is extremely picky. My friend also loved it.

This is one place you need to come and grab a plate to eat. The place is very clean, thats always a must. The staff is really friendly. They have a lot of food to choose from and its all really good. The food is a good 4 out of 5. I will definitely save this spot for another time. I definitely recommend this place if you want something yummy to eat and a clean place.

me and my friend came to this place for A hopeful good dinner, but we were surprised with much more than just that we first walked in and we’re greeted very kindly by the staff telling us hello then it all took a change we went to the buffet, got our first plate and sat down when we looked over. We heard a lot of zapping. They were using electric flyswatters over the food not only that my chicken was pink as you can see in the photo even after all of that we decided to leave no tip because the food was cold and the electric fly water is over the food. Our waiter decided to come back and slam the check on the table and say no tip. Why was service bad and pastored us out the door. Will not be coming back

Absolutely lives up to name! Great! Always a friendly smile and greeting when coming in. Everything is maintained very clean and organized. Well experienced staffing at all area. Have been coming here for many, many years. And it has remained excellent all the tíme. Years before COVID. Dealt with health concerns in outstanding manner. Has expanded with larger sushi trays and dim sum options. While holding high quality in all areas. But not charging extra costs. Keeping very reasonable prices. In today's world... That is a most welcome finding. We continue to drive here because of that. And why it remains in business so many years! Understand what a buffet is and come early. Or whenever you're hungry. The food is maintained in quality and observed in quantity. Staff is excellent and very helpful. They often offer dinner promotions and have Sr Discounts. The amazing shrimp rolls are near the ice cream in the rear. Along the steamed fish and sushi area. At 83 I do not and am not write a writer or paid for offering my observations. But this place is well worth coming by and enjoying.
