What a hidden gem, I was hesitant to stop by as whenever I have tried vietnamese food outside of south seattle I find they lack authentic flavors. This place was recommended by a local cafe and it did not disappoint, great service, super busy on a sunday night, luckily we only waited for them to clean the only open table. I got the short rib vermicelli bowl and my kids got the pho. Pho is not something I actually like so I wont rate that, my kids enjoyed it. The vermicelli bowl was flavorful and ample in portion and super satisfying. Loved the ratio of crunchy vegetables, freshness of the lettuce and the charred short ribs. Price point is so good...like how are they pricing less than $15 for most dishes? Anyways. Happy its here and will be back again!

MUST TRY #8 this restaurant is the BEST for a hot summer day. Ordered the passion fruit drink, tangy with a fun sensory experience from the seeds. Tofu was fresh and perfectly hit the spot. Salad was also so refreshing! A must try in Greenlake, before a Taproot Theater show.

If you're looking for a comforting, no-fuss bowl of pho, Green Tree is a fantastic neighborhood find. The Food: The bowl captures a classic pho experience. The broth looks flavorful and is served with a generous amount of fresh ingredients, including bean sprouts, fresh basil, and sliced jalapeños on the side, as one would expect. The portion is generous and the presentation is clean and inviting— all of the components of a satisfying meal. The Atmosphere: The restaurant maintains a warm, casual, and friendly vibe. It’s the kind of place that feels like a reliable local staple, perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner where the focus is simply on enjoying a great, authentic meal. Location: Easy to get to, and parking was not challenging for a Friday night. Bottom Line: For anyone craving quality Vietnamese soup in a friendly, welcoming environment, Green Tree is definitely worth a visit.

First time going here and it won’t be the last. Their prices are very affordable which is rare in Seattle these days. The service was kind of slow and our food all came out at different times which isn’t the best. The food was solid. You …

Ordered (too much) takeaway. Very quick pickup. Pretty legit Vietnamese food. Fresh spring rolls have a little crispy stick in the middle which gives it a great texture. Vietnamese pancake/crepe was quite greasy and was a bit too sweet (had a sweet coconuts taste). Mongolian beef had a great flavor but the meat was a little tough. Grilled beef wrapped in betel leaves was my favorite except the dipping sauce was way too fishy. Combo rice and combo vermicelli plates were what you’d expect and want. Overall, recommend this place - go support your local restaurants.
