Grey Stone Nails Bar

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My daughter and I tried Grey Stone Nails today and had such a great experience! The ladies were so sweet and easy to talk to. They really listened to what we wanted and gave us exactly what we asked for. We never felt rushed, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing a good job. They took their time and paid attention to all the little details. My favorite part was watching my 13-year-old’s face when her nail tech started working on the flower art. She had the biggest smile and was so excited to see it come to life! The flowers turned out beautiful, and both of us left very happy with our nails. The total was around $120, including a 20% tip for both of us, which we felt was very reasonable for the quality of work and service we received. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making it such a fun mother-daughter outing! 🌸💕💅🏻

This is definitely going to be my go to nail place from now on! They did my pedicure amazing and did my sisters acrylic exactly how she wanted it! Cindy and Philip are the best! I unfortunately cannot remember who did my nail art but she was absolutely amazing as well! 1000/10 I’m coming back!

Update 2: Bringing my review down as Tony's excessive and harsh e-filing has caused real and substantial deep damage to my nail beds that were healthy and strong before he touched them. I didnt realize the extent earlier but the damage has become increasingly evident as the nails grow out. See picture attached. I may have no choice but to cut my nails and wait for months for the damage to grow out. Very sad and upsetting. Update: I am updating my original review from a one star to four stars because after I left the salon, I called to get everything removed and the salon invited me back to correct the work at no charge, which I appreciated. My initial service was not done well. The nails were over-filed with the drill, the shaping was inconsistent, and the polish application was uneven. My nail beds were left sensitive and visibly irritated, which was concerning. When I returned, a different technician named Philip completely corrected the set. He reshaped the nails properly, rebuilt the structure cleanly, and delivered a polished, professional result - despite it now being after working hours. The difference in skill and attention to detail was very clear, and I left genuinely happy with my nails. I am increasing my rating because of how the issue was handled and the quality of Philip’s work. Adding new pictures for reference. ------- Original review: I just got my nails done at Grey Stone Nails Bar and I am embarrassed at how terrible they look. This is despite me pointing out several issues while Tony the technician did my nails. It was the most shoddy nail job I have experienced unfortunately. The pictures speak for themselves. Terribly disappointing.

Got a new set for the summer and Andrew was a huge help in helping nail down color options. I love how the swirls came out. Lily was fantastic my heels are so smooth 🌟 always a pleasure getting my nails done here. …

I initially wrote a review when this happened but I was asked to take it down after the nail salon credited me for my service. I came in for a gelx removal and manicure with regular polish. The man doing my manicure drilled off my cuticle on my middle finger entirely leaving a deep cut. It is so painful I struggle to grab things with my left hand right now. While Greystone did credit me for my service I noticed the owner or her sister or whoever I spoke to were not apologetic at all. She simply said “next time ask for *insert associate’s name*. I also found it very ridiculous that I was still asked to pay for my pedicure that was incentivized to redeem this nail salon. My first experience here was great. Second was terrible, third was okay. I’m posting my review again because my middle finger is cut up so bad and it will take a while to heal and till I can even do my nails again because of the pain. This is ridiculous. Don’t even ask me to take this review down because no amount of incentive will make me take it down.
