Sign in to reviewI highly recommend Grove Body Shop to all my friends and family. The staff is friendly, professional, and keeps you informed every step of the repair process. They work with many insurance carriers, which is a huge plus!! shops typically have to go through a rigorous approval process to be on those lists. I’ve never had any issues with the work they’ve done, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Whether you need repairs after an accident or just want to fix a few dents, they consistently do an excellent job. In my opinion, their pricing is very fair. It’s hard to find honest and reliable businesses these days, but Grove Body Shop has earned my trust, and I will continue to use them for all my vehicle repair needs.
Ken provides excellent communication and customer service. He makes sure your vehicle is fixed with original parts and works with insurance to get that done. I 100% recommend bringing your vehicle here.
I have used Grove Body 3 times since 2018. Latest trip was this week. Its never fun getting body work done but Grove Body works to make it as painless as possible. The estimates are honest, and they are in constant communication updating you on progress.The attention to detail in their work is phenomenal. Paint matching is not easy but on each job it was incredible, and no drips or blemishes. Ken, Javier and the rest of the team are all professionals that work to make your experience the best as possible. Congratulations on 50 years Grove Body!
Great people. Great work done. I worked with an insurance company that was lagging and uncooperative. However, Grove Body Shop, especially Dieu, did a wonderful job reassuring me that he and his team would work side by side to communicate with the insurance company. Once I was able to get the insurance company to contact Grove Body Shop, Dieu made sure to complete the work right away. Now, I have my car back with me and no longer have to worry about having to Uber to work. He really had my back! He made sure that I walked away with more reimbursement from the insurance company. Plus, my car was washed, the interior was cleaned, and the tires were pumped up, among other things that were malfunctioning but came back to normal functioning. I cannot thank them enough for their selfless work. Thank you!
Had body work done and tire lugnut over tighten probably from impact gun. It strip the studs and needed to be replaced. Next time use a torque wrench.
