From the receptionist, to the dental assistants, to the dentist-- Everything's great. Friendly environment, and very helpful in assisting with home dental care. The young DA Jackie was very informative with her stuff, also always had a smile on her face.
Came in here after Western Dental tried to charge me 2400 dollars for two crowns that "were not" covered by Medi-Cal. They have good options for crowns here. Highly recommend. Friendly & Helpful staff.
My boyfriend went in because his tooth was hurting. They did "xrays" & dentist claimed the tooth was fine & there was no infection. He said the reason it hurt was because my boyfriend was grinding his tooth at night. Offered a 500$ mouth guard. We coulsnt afford that. So he recommended to shave some of the tooth out. He charged him 175$ to shave the tooth! The next day my boyfriend continued in really bad pain with fever. He called them back & the dentist said that he was fine to just take moltrin. Well he was in so much pain still, we decided to go to another dentist & they did x-rays again & they found the tooth infected at the bottom on one side. Therefore, this dentist didn't check the whole tooth. Only on one side, the side not infected! So he basically took 175$ from us for nothing, because he was wrong.
The staff is super friendly very professional and are very thorough with patients dental care. I have to say they truly make you feel like you are the only patient they see.. LOVE this team so much!!
