Pros: many options on menu. They also give bigger portions now, but mostly more noodles. They have competitive prices, $15.95 for beef pho. Fish with dill was delicious. We asked for vegetarian soup base and halfway eating, found beef tripe in it. They were very nice in resolving the issue right away and apologized, they replaced my meal with anything on menu, instead of refunding the dish fee.

My family has been going to Hai Duong at Eden Center for years and the quality has always been consistent. The staff are friendly and the service is wonderful. I especially love the Cha Ca Thang Long—it’s unique and hard to find at other places. The prices are also very affordable compared to many places at Eden Center. Definitely a great spot for family dinners and a must-visit for Vietnamese food lovers! (The restaurant is known for authentic Vietnamese dishes like pho, vermicelli bowls, and other traditional specialties.)

Recommended dishes here are bun bo hue, bun mang vit, and cha ca thang long. We also enjoy eating family style meals with big groups here. Dishes family style recommendation are ca kho to and canh chua.

After a little bit of "grocery"/food shopping, my family and I went looking for a place to eat when the original location planned fell through. Folks at a Banh Mi shop recommended Hai Duong. We were not disappointed. The location is on the smaller side, and the entrance is hard(er) to find (it's inside the shopping center). But the food did not disappoint

If you’re in the Eden center area definitely check out this place. It is located in the shopping center closest to the main road and it is one of the first stalls when you first walk in. The restaurant is fairly big so if you have larger parties, I’m sure they will be able to accommodate . The service was very pleasant. They were prompt to get your order and the food came out no later than 10 to 15 minutes. They do also have a large parking lot that is shared across the shopping center, so there’s no need to worry about any street parking or walking too far. We ordered the summer roll and the spring roll and both were very delicious and very full of toppings. We then ordered an egg noodle dish, which was also very delicious and the serving of vegetables and meats were very generous, not to mention the size of the vegetable pieces. My friend and I also opted for the pho and the broth was so soothing and clean. Overall, the portion sizes are very generous even for a small bowl.
