We had an outstanding experience at Haidilao Hot Pot in Frisco, and I wanted to recognize both Dylan and the entire team for making my sister’s birthday celebration so special. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring we had a great experience. The level of hospitality throughout the restaurant was exceptional, and it was clear that customer service is something the team takes great pride in. Dylan was particularly wonderful. He was attentive, professional, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our visit. He consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and helped create a warm, memorable atmosphere for my sister’s birthday. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly valued as guests. What impressed us most was how seamlessly the entire team worked together. Every interaction was friendly, efficient, and genuine, creating an experience that felt far beyond a typical restaurant visit. The food was fantastic, but it was the service that made the evening unforgettable. Thank you to Dylan and the whole Haidilao Frisco team for helping create such a memorable celebration. the food and service is always great! we always get the tom yum soup base and it’s delicious. Dylan was our server today and he always provides very good service when we get him. always super nice, makes suggestions and even makes us sauce when we’re unsure about what all to use for our sauce. highly recommend this spot if you’re craving some hot pot!

Our server Will was the most amazing person. I am a hot pot veteran but he was still so helpful and just wanted to make this the best meal. And he did just that. The whole staff was so nice and accommodating and took good care of us. The food is top notch. This isn't about just filling up. It's a true hot pot experience and every detail was 5 star from the main attractions to the snacks and drinks and desserts. For those like me who like more authentic and exotic meats ili won't be disappointed. And the broth was truly sippable all on its own. I've already made plans to take everyone I know here. Food is extremely good, the soup here is very authentic and very tasty. The noodles, sides are really good with many varieties. The salad bar has different menu with dessert and ice cream as well. …

She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our meal. Our server, Khan, was also outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were great, and his service made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Both Stella and Khan provided exceptional hospitality. Their warmth and attention to detail are the reason we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
