Sign in to reviewI’vern wanting to go to Haidilao and finally got a chance to have lunch. We were impressed with the vibe, how clean it is, the quality of food. All the staff were very friendly and always attentive to our needs. It was a very pleasant lunch and we’ll go back again soon!
This is a great chain restaurant specializing in Chinese hot pot. The prices are moderate, though they tend to be on the high side after taxes. They offer excellent service, and the service is of high quality: What I like most about Chinese chain restaurants is that they don’t demand social engagement from customers. The food is high-quality and authentic.
I had a great experience at Haidilao. The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful — the staff really go above and beyond. The food was fresh, high quality, and everything tasted amazing. I especially appreciated the little details like the sauces and complimentary snacks. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience. I will definitely come back.
First time at a Hot Pot, so I can't make a comparison. That said, I had the pork and sukiyaki broth with several types of meat and vegetables. The meals are light but after $200, it was filling. They have some good beer selections too. There were a couple of birthday celebrations which added a festive atmosphere. The Japanese dancer was entertaining and the changing masks were pretty cool.
I can’t say enough positive things about this restaurant. It was an absolute lovely experience with performances (an intricate fan dance, as well as a dance with noodles that you can order) and amazing food. Our server was exquisite and I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! We went for my birthday and I’m so happy that we did! They even gave me a birthday gift and everyone gets a goodie bag! This is my go-to hot pot from now on!
