Hair Cutting Center

Hair Cutting Center is a beauty salon at 7513 W Waters Ave in Tampa, FL 33615. For people looking for a local place to have their hair cut, trimmed, or styled, customer feedback points to a friendly team and a welcoming experience. Reviewers describe returning with family over many years and recommend the salon to others in the Tampa Bay area. The business has a 4.6-star rating from 34 reviews, offering a helpful snapshot of local customer experiences rather than a guarantee that every visit will be the same.

Haircuts and trims are the clearest services reflected in the available customer comments. One customer describes coming in for a trim, while others praise the hairdressers for doing their hair well. Reviews mention Peter, Yenni, and Julieta by name and include enthusiastic recommendations for their work. If you have a particular length or shape in mind, explaining what you want before the cut can help set expectations. The available information does not specify a full service menu, so it is best to contact the salon directly about a service beyond a haircut or trim.

The atmosphere comes through most clearly in comments about the staff. Customers describe the team as nice, share that visits have been a good experience, and express affection for the staff. One reviewer says that she and her daughter have been coming for more than ten years, suggesting that the salon has earned repeat visits from at least some local clients. That kind of long-term relationship can matter when choosing a neighborhood salon, especially if you value a familiar setting and the chance to return to a stylist whose work you already know.

Feedback is not uniformly positive, and haircuts are personal: one reviewer reports being unhappy with a trim that became shorter than expected. This is useful context for anyone considering a visit, particularly if you want only a small adjustment. Share your preferences clearly, point out how much you want taken off, and confirm the plan with your hairdresser before cutting begins. The overall rating is strong, but individual experiences vary, so direct communication is a practical way to make sure your expectations are understood.
