Jessica is a caring and professional therapist. She provides a variety of massage techniques. I use more of sports massage and deeper tissue release. She has also helped me with injuries and relief from pain. I have also had facials which are fantastic. I have benefited from their skin products that have been suggested to me. The Front desk staff are great at scheduling and sending reminders. As well as reschedules. A really great location.

Negative 5 is my score for this location. The therapist don’t show up for work. I’m was required to schedule a day, time, and select a therapist. She was a no show for work. I was not notified of this situation until 20 minutes later. I received the massage as a surprise which was ruined. I no longer want their service and I requested a refund. Still waiting for refund. Not reliable and will not hold up their end of the obligation. Don’t go there

I usually do my own facials at home using handmade products that I create myself, but I wanted to treat myself and try something different. I’m so happy I did! The results and the entire experience were beyond my expectations. I visited Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa in Cypress, and everything from start to finish was simply amazing. The staff were so warm and welcoming, the spa was spotless and calming, and the entire atmosphere made me feel relaxed and taken care of. The girl who did my facial was incredible—so gentle, patient, and professional. She truly took her time, and I could feel the love and skill in every step. After the treatment, my skin felt fresh, clean, and glowing like never before. As someone who’s very picky with skincare (especially since I use my own handmade products), I can honestly say this place exceeded my expectations. It’s a whole different experience when professionals do the work—it shows. I’ll definitely be making Hand and Stone Cypress a regular part of my routine. The staff is professional and friendly. We did a couples massage and it was awesome. My bones felt like jelly I was so relaxed. My man was so relaxed he fell asleep. We are looking at getting the membership to go monthly.
