My Esthetician, Carissa did a wonderful job! My skin feels fresh and smooth after the service. I can see a big different with my skin. Definitely coming back again!
I am very disappointed with the experience at this location today. On May 26, I sent my son for two massage services — one at 12:45 PM and another at 4:00 PM. After the first service, he left the area, but later realized he had gone too far and would not make it back in time, so we canceled the second appointment. What happened afterward is what really upset me. Around 4:45 PM, I received a call saying, “Mr. Brian, your son did not leave a tip for the massage therapist, so we need to charge your credit card.” Yes, unfortunately my son intended to leave a tip, but because he thought he was returning for the second appointment, he planned to tip for both services together. After the second appointment was canceled, he forgot. This was not him trying to avoid tipping. What bothered me was not the reminder itself, but the way it was handled. The staff member insisted that they needed to charge my card for the tip, which honestly shocked me. Imagine leaving a restaurant and forgetting to tip, then someone following you outside demanding payment for the tip. If someone wants to come back later and tip, that should be appreciated, but it should never feel forced. Even if this conversation had been directly with me, I still would have found it inappropriate. I just found the whole interaction very unprofessional.
I received a massage from Brandon. From beginning to end of massage he was super professional. The gradual firm pressure he applied on the problem areas that I discussed with him prior to the start of my massage was perfect. He really listened to my concerns and had me feeling rejuvenated at the end of my massage. The ambiance was relaxing and peaceful and the lighting was perfect. I will definitely come back sooner than I thought because that was one of the best massages I have ever gotten! I was very comfortable and I really felt pampered. Brandon is a wonderful massage therapist and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to feel rejuvenated :)

As it was my first time doing anything like this I was unsure but Tessa did a superb job guiding me through the process. The whole experience was relaxing and healing and I am very glad I did it and very thankful for Tessa’s skill and professionalism. All staff were friendly and inviting would definitely recommend.
