Kimberly was extremely nice and amicable today. She was pleased to present me with the product Savannah suggested... now Savannah gave me a facial that I really needed! She was extremely knowledgeable and precise, I felt the difference in my skin almost immediately! She made some great suggestions to my skin care routine that I will put to the test! I am so grateful I was able to make it in for this appointment today. Ive been a Hand and Stone member for over 4 years and will continue on this membership! It is keeping me looking young at my old age!
My massage therapist was Fayona. What a wonderful experience! She always asked if I was comfortable. My time was up way too fast. I will be going back next week.
I tried Hand & Stone on Gaston based on a friend’s recommendation and had a great experience. They were able to fit me in last minute, which was very convenient. The location was easy to find, receptionist checked me in and was very sweet Alba was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job. The full 50-minute session was very relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back—thank you, Alba!
I can't say enough about how wonderful this location of Hand and Stone Massage is. So relaxing and serene. Staff very helpful and always pleasant. Angela deserves 10 stars. She is not just a masseuse she is a healer. Clearly is passionate about helping her clients.
