I would prefer to give a no star but that’s not available. Over priced and always short on time. They make you wait for a long time. They don’t ask what sex your massage therapist should be. Everyone has a ton of face piercings. They lecture you after. Then pitch their below average service as a monthly offer. Never use them.

A TRUE 1/2 OUT OF 5 STAR EXPERIENCE! "WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND" 1st my wife and I didn’t get called to the back till 4min after our Appt Time. 2nd my Facial Tech was sweet but seemed very new. Did not finish her 1 hour facial time started at 1:09pm finished and 1:55pm 3rd we were then seated in our robes down a hall where they called in my wife in to her Massage at 2:04pm. But then I sat there till 2:11pm when the Massage Tech end up finally locating me. 4th started my massage 2:14pm and was done at 2:54pm. Paid for an hour. * Didn't do my any of the front of my legs. * Didn't do my Arms at all * Didn't do any of my feet * Didn't do anything on my head * 5th went to the counter and was told to tell the manager my experience and got a Whopping/Embarrassing $10 discount on a $320 service. So I got 2/3 of my massage and got $10 off that’s crazy.

I had an appointment with Ferell today and let me just say…wow! I have never felt more seen in my life and my shoulder pain is completely gone! He is amazing at his job and really takes pride in it.
