Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a spa at 1512 Larimer St R13 in Denver, Colorado, offering a downtown place to book massage and facial services. If you are looking for a full-body massage, time to unwind, or an appointment that fits around a busy day, this location may be worth considering. Its central Denver address makes it a local option for residents, workers, and visitors who want to explore spa services in the city. The available information identifies massage and facials but does not detail specific facial treatments or amenities, so contact the spa directly to confirm which services are currently offered and what each appointment includes.

Customers describe a generally clean setting and a welcoming front desk, with one reviewer mentioning flavored water as a pleasant extra. Several reviewers report positive massage experiences, including a last-minute full-body appointment that one customer found excellent. Another customer says they had visited four different massage therapists and felt impressed by each, noting that appointments were often available. These experiences suggest the spa may suit people seeking flexible booking and a relaxing visit, though individual results can vary depending on the service and provider. If you have a particular concern, such as shoulder tension, consider sharing your preferences and comfort level before the session begins.

Feedback is mixed, and that is useful context when choosing a spa. While some customers praise their therapists and the cleanliness of the rooms, others describe disappointing massage techniques or say a session left their shoulders feeling worse rather than relieved. Reviews also raise concerns about membership cancellation and billing, including accounts of customers who say they had confirmed cancellation but later faced charges or confusion. These are customer-reported experiences, not a guarantee of what another guest will encounter, but they point to the value of getting membership terms, cancellation steps, and any final fees in writing before enrolling or ending a plan.

The location is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., according to the listed hours. Its current rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 197 reviews, offering a broad but not uniformly positive snapshot of customer experiences. Before booking, confirm availability, service details, pricing, and any membership conditions directly with the spa, especially if you are making a same-day appointment or considering a recurring plan. For people comparing Denver spas, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a convenient downtown option with reports of both satisfying visits and service or billing concerns, so clear communication can help you decide whether it fits your needs.
