Helen is one of a kind. I’ve had quite a few massages over the years, but my session with Helen at Hand & Stone was truly eye-opening. Helen was phenomenal! I went in with several shoulder pain and barely able to lift my arm. I walked out able to lift my arm straight up with minimal pain.
