Hands & Stone (Bridgeport). My experience was absolutely amazing. The ladies at reception were very welcoming and professional. Clyde hands are blessed by God himself. My body was so tense but he gently massaged until I relaxed and then provided the best massage I’ve had in years. Alyssa let me apologize for snoring. I needed a professional facial and she provided the best I’ve had. My skin was looking hydrated and smooth. Both their voices were so soothing. I’m certainly going back. Thank you Clyde (massage therapist) & Alyssa (aesthetician). You both were amazing.
I love coming to Hand Stone, highlight of my week. Very clean, professional and the therapists know what they are doing. I recommend reading their bio proper to booking to see what they specialize in or what modalities are not in their scope of practice. I saw Christopher for the first time, and what a difference in my hip flexor! He also has suggested some massage balls to purchase and use at home, they were game changers. I’m excited to see what other practitioners do at this location. I’ll definitely be seeing Christopher and Brian again.
This was my first visit and having specific problems with lower back and hip. Clyde was my therapist and he was wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in his skills and he explained the process and what to expect clearly and asked great questions. I have immediately booked my next session. Thank you!
I booked an appointment for a Spa Day Promotion. The first half of the appointment went well with the Massage Therapist. I was given a robe and led to a waiting area. My next session with the esthetician was scheduled for 6:15 PM. Unfortunately, my blissful Spa Day went downhill from that point. It seems a disjointed communication occurred between staff members. The esthetician finally found me around 6:28 PM. Her mood and demeanor affected the rest of the session. To say the least, things did not go well. I submitted a verbal and email request to the Guest Services Manager to contact me on Wednesday so that I may discuss the issues of the appointment. My appointment was on Tuesday. Today is Friday and no Manager has contacted me yet. I am hoping a resolution is met at the lowest level possible. I really hope to come to a reasonable resolution soon before finalizing my post and decision to maintain my Monthly Membership.
I really appreciate my time with Sherri. I have hectic work days, and whenever I arrive at Hand & Stone, I always feel the stress of my day. After my appointment with Sherri, I feel really relaxed and renewed. I have been a client of Hand & Stone since 2016. Due to my work schedule, I do not get a massage as often as I would like. However, every visit has been great. The front office staff are always "very friendly and helpful." Going to Hand & Stone is my number one self-care plan.
