I’m very disappointed with my experience. I had builder gel extensions done after showing reference photos beforehand, which I was told were doable. However, during the appointment, the nail tech later complained that the design was too difficult and not doable. If that had been communicated upfront, I would not have proceeded. The appointment took about two hours and ran until closing. The end of the service felt rushed, with comments about wanting to go home. By the next morning, I noticed the nails were chipped. The extensions do not properly fit my natural nails, leaving my nail corners sticking out sharply. There are also uneven areas with excess gel buildup and pockets underneath that collect dirt. Additionally, there are visible bubbles in the gel/top coat that indicate improper curing and are large enough to trap debris. During the service, there were repeated comments about my design being “too intricate” and jokes about charging extra because of how “complex” it was. When I raised a concern about alignment, I was told that as a nail tech she knew best, so I trusted her judgment. The heart design was also initially drawn upside down despite the reference photo, and when I mentioned it after it was completed (as I could not see clearly during application), I received a passive-aggressive response. I reached out privately multiple times with photos and videos to request a resolution and did not receive a response. The service cost approximately $70–$80, which does not reflect the quality provided. Due to the work quality, lack of response, and overall experience, I would not recommend this salon.

I went a Sunday 1hr before close. It was my first time having extensions. The attention was really great. The technician kept asking if I was ok and if I liked it. She wanted to make sure I was happy. Then then owner or manager did the design and spent time cleaning inside the nail. We ran over their open hours and never felt rushed. I will definitely go back.

I’ve always enjoyed coming by Hanny Nail Spa! Had a very pretty cat eye design done today by Gigi and I love it! Thanks so much 🍂🤎 My sister also came with me and got some cute blue cat eye nails done as well by Lisa. They were super patient and able to take my sister’s thick acrylic nails from a different salon removed! Thanks again! 💙

I wanted to like my experience at this nail salon because the owner Gigi did try to make small talk and was kind of nice, but the nails were just really not what I asked for and the job felt a bit careless and not worth the $160 I paid (including tip) for gel-x mani and pedi. First, I got a call about an hour and a half before the appointment I scheduled online about a week beforehand about how the service I booked at 7pm needed at least one hour and they close at 7:30. I feel like this should've been communicated and resolved way before 1.5 hours prior. Honestly, throughout the process with Gigi made me feel she was not happy with staying late to do this job, so I offered to just pay for the bare extensions and paint the rest myself at home because I knew they were technically already closed. She assured me it was fine, very different than her body language but I chose to let her finish. She drew on a french tip that literally took up half the nail and explained it would look strange if she made it thin because the jelly nail is translucent and you could see where my natural nail ended. I will admit maybe I shouldn’t have said jelly but the photo didn’t look translucent. It’s attached. Gigi attempted to give good friendly small talk and the nails look nice but they’re just not what I wanted. I cannot honestly say the work and professionalism is there. I have to go get my nails fixed before my event which is quite frustrating.
