Coming from a long-time, frequent customer, this place has gone downhill significantly since the previous owner sold it. I’ve been coming here since 2020, including throughout the COVID pandemic, but the new management has completely changed the experience, in a very negative way. I am extremely disappointed in the staff and the lack of care for client safety and satisfaction. This salon does not seem concerned about hurting customers or fixing work when something is wrong. I am currently in significant pain, it hurts just to wash my hands. I have been injured here multiple times. On one occasion, the manager split my natural nail in half because she refused to properly soak off my shellac. Instead, she used a nail cutter and forcibly ripped it off. This most recent visit has left the skin underneath my fingernail burning and severely irritated. At this point, I can no longer recommend this salon. What used to be my go-to nail place is now unsafe and unprofessional. I’m very disappointed. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I can no longer support this business. As I am getting home, I was really frustrated and decided to call back and tell them my nails were extremely ugly and not at all what I asked for. I went back and they redid them but still messy. They didn’t charge me for getting them redone. I’m surprised! But after all, it was their messy work. I will not be coming back here ever again. My skin burns so much that even water makes it worse. Don’t waste your time & money here and move on to a better nail salon please! This is what I wanted. And this is what I got. After going back I just told them just do a regular white tip because the CATEYE was not cateyeing. It looked like simple gold polish. They just got cateye polish products 2 weeks ago. The techs are not trained properly to do cateye. It took 2 techs to try to figure it out.

UPDATE: 1 week in and my nails started looking rough. The video shows how my nails look now. Don’t waste your money here!! Supposed to last long and didn’t even last a week. I was first told $65 for manicure and pedicure. When it’s time to pay turns out is $98. I understand because I had a couple of things extra added. What’s not okay is the work done. Is insane I paid $98 for this. First and last time going there. I usually pay the same at the other place for a much better job and for powder nails. I doubt it these nails will last long like she said it was. Just got them done yesterday and they already looking rough. Mind you she cut me twice as you can see in the pictures.

Went in for a pedicure. Tony spoke as soon as I walked into the door. I only waited about 5 mins before he was ready to start my service. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and accomodating. The shop is very clean to include the bathroom and work stations. He used new products from the autoclave on my feet as well. We talked during the service but not so much that it felt overwhelming! My pedicure came out well and he made sure to take extra special care of my cuticles and muscles during the massage. I will definitely be going back!

Decided to make this my primary nail salon after 2 visits and I’m very happy! The owner is super nice, service is good and I love the fact that they’re open later than most nail salons. Ive been looking for a new nail salon to frequent for a couple of months now. Was never satisfied with my services at other places but I think I’m going to stick to this one. Also Tony is THE BEST!❤️ I can tell he cares a lot about making sure each nail for my manicures were even and consistent in shape (which I am very appreciative of).

Been going to happiness nails for over four years I can say that I am honestly happiness, nails, loyal client, and nail model. There’s not any nail design you can show these young ladies, and they not execute when I leave out of their nail salon I feel like my nails are my new jewelry that everyone complements! Everyone there treats me like family from the nail techs to the owner husband, Mr. keith and their children its a very lovely place full of love!
