Happy Feet Spa is a massage spa on SE Cesar Estrada Chavez Boulevard in Portland, Oregon, at 816 SE Cesar Estrada Chavez Blvd, Portland, OR 97214. It offers a local place to pause, unwind, and focus on feeling more comfortable after a busy day. Customer reviews describe experiences ranging from relaxing massages to more focused, firm bodywork, so guests can share their preferences and areas of tension with the therapist before a session. The business has a 4.5-star rating across 138 reviews, giving prospective visitors a useful snapshot of the community’s feedback while remembering that massage preferences and individual experiences vary.
Reviews mention a 90-minute mixed massage that included a foot soak and foot reflexology, along with traditional reflexology, trigger-point work, and deep-tissue techniques. These are the services customers specifically describe; availability and session details are best confirmed directly with the spa. Some reviewers praise strong pressure and attention to areas such as the hips, while others highlight the foot massage as a favorite part of their visit. If you prefer lighter pressure, have a particular concern, or want the therapist to spend more time on one area, explain that before the massage so your expectations are clear.
The atmosphere is described through personal service more than elaborate amenities: reviewers mention a kind, respectful approach, a professional interaction, and a massage that helped them relax. Several customers speak highly of Sam, including one longtime visitor who says they have returned for five years. Other feedback is less positive, with a reviewer reporting dissatisfaction with pressure and tension relief. That range makes it sensible to communicate openly about comfort, technique, and pressure during the appointment. Happy Feet Spa may suit people seeking foot-focused care, reflexology, or a massage that can address specific areas, as well as visitors looking for a straightforward neighborhood spa.
Happy Feet Spa is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Friday through Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The earlier weekend opening may be convenient for people hoping to schedule a session before afternoon plans, while the evening closing time gives weekday visitors options after work. Since hours and service availability can change, confirm the details before making a special trip. For anyone comparing massage spas in Portland, the location, posted schedule, customer comments, and clearly stated preferences can help determine whether this is the right fit for a restorative visit.

The Best Service. She was so nice and respectful. The massage melted away all my stress. I recommend. Id bring my mother here. Amazing massage.
Sam is outstanding. Don’t hesitate to book. I’ve been going here for five years and there’s no other place in town. I would get a massage other than from him.
Wow. Wow wow wow. Just finished a 90 minute ‘mixed’ massage (included a foot soak and foot reflexology) for $90 with the gentleman Sam, who is probably one of the most talented masseuses I’ve ever had work on me. His traditional reflexology, trigger point release, and deep tissue work are intense (upon request) but EXCEPTIONAL. There was even some Thai-style stretching during my low back sciatica and hip work. I truly feel spa drunk and fully reset. The rooms are actually private, extremely clean, and so quiet - not to mention kept very warm. I strayed from my usual favorites (Forest Spa in Gresham if you want a great craniosacral massage) and Happy Feet Reflexology off 82nd if you want to pay half the price for almost as good service (but way less privacy) This fills a niche I’ve been seeking - actual therapeutic bodywork that was also extremely relaxing. Request Sam, he’s extremely skilled. My only note is that he doesn’t ask questions about pressure and problem areas, so use your google translate app in Mandarin if you have specific needs you want to express. Truly 10/10. I had low expectations and was wowed. And $90 for 90 minutes? That’s SO inexpensive.
My experience here was so bad it’s actually funny. The massage was the second worst of my life, no pressure, no knowledge of how to relieve tension. The only good part was the foot massage. But it gets worse! During my full body massage, …
Best massage I’ve had twice in same week with same man. Very strong and drawn to areas of need- my hips. This man has Magic hands! The service; exceptional from phone call (business) to masseuse (professional) great , price and easy to get …
