Sign in to reviewI came in for a manicure and pedicure with a Pinterest inspiration photo. My nail technician, Andrea, was very welcoming and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the experience became frustrating when it came to pricing. During the consultation, Andrea suggested adding an eyebrow service and quoted me $150 for the manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows. I explained that this was beyond my budget, and the total was then reduced to $135. At the time, I was still undecided about whether I wanted a French tip or a solid color on my toes since I had never tried French tips before. I specifically asked what the total would be if I chose a solid color, and I was told it would be $130 for everything. Andrea took a picture of my inspiration photo, but during the appointment, it felt like certain details were rushed so she could attend to another client. I understand that salons can get busy, but I also believe that clients should receive the same level of attention and care throughout the service, especially when paying premium prices. The biggest issue came at checkout. When it was time to pay, I was charged $145, which was not the price we had discussed. There was confusion and back-and-forth regarding the total, and I was also charged a "service fee" that had never been mentioned beforehand. This was frustrating because there were multiple opportunities to clearly explain all charges before the services began. Unfortunately, this isn't my first visit here, and each experience has felt somewhat chaotic. Greater transparency with pricing and better communication would go a long way in improving the overall customer experience.
This is the worst nail shop ever to go to, Jennie sucks as a nail tech she made all my nails uneven she was rushing on my nails she kept getting up every second to do other things she was not attentive at all she is the worst nail tech ever she kept pushing herself up on me to spend money for things I didn’t even ask for chin wax lip wax eyebrows tinted she did all the things and sneak and charged me for it . I should have not been paying 147.00 for a fill on nails and toes and an eyebrow wax she added things to my tab I did not ask for . I will never be returning to this nail salon again and then on top of that she didn’t hardly add no shine to my nails these nails were for my mom funeral and she didn’t hardly add anything .This is the the worst job possible I will never be returning to this nail salon ever again do not sit in Jennie chair she will do you dirty and over charge you and add extra things to your tab you never asked for. From now on I will be doing my own pedi and mani to pay these people an arm and a leg for the worst service is insane . She also made my toenails too long and it looks un natural. She told me the tinting will last two weeks it’s been 3 days and look at it worst service I have ever received. Kim you are the owner you need to stop letting workers do customers like this you are gonna lose business look like you do the best job you need to fire Jennie she will make you lose business with her rushing and stupidity.
Never returning. I had a really uncomfortable experience at this salon. The nail tech repeatedly tried to pressure me into extra services I did not ask for and was very pushy and salesdriven the entire appointment. When she asked who did my nails and I told her I did them myself, she responded, “I can tell, it look bad” which felt rude and unprofessional. Who says that to a customer. When I declined additional services, her attitude noticeably changed and she seemed irritated. On top of that, I was quoted an excessive price just for two acrylic toe nails, which felt like an overcharge. I expect basic respect and fair pricing when I go to a salon. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those standards.
Loved Andrea did amazing , and Candi did great on my friends nails. We love them
Horrible pedicure experience with male tech, scraped my foot and the polish looked like I painted them at home. I had him remove the polish and he tried to charge full price. Only come here if you know who does good work!
