Sign in to reviewOk, let me put this in to perspective. I live in Los Angeles, there is a Happy Nails which is a 15 minute drive. So why would I drive 50 miles to go to this particular Happy Nails salon in Irvine? 2 words. GREAT SERVICE! I have been coming here for 3 years. They do walk ins and take appointments. One of my favorite girls there is Jackie. But the whole staff is amazing. They have a great selection and offer many services.
Rude manager/owner, awful service, I asked them to use a thin layer of fill for my manicure, however once it was finished it looked terribly thick and uneven, I asked the manager if they can fix it and he replied very rudely that this is the best that they could do and they don't know how to fix it. I would never go back to this place . The worst nail spa ever.
Very bad service. The owner was extremely rude, and their work was very unsanitary. They cut my nail down to the skin and made it bleed. When I told them, he said don’t come back. This place should be investigated.
I called ahead and explained I had an important meeting I needed to get to so wanted to make sure they could fit me in. They told me they could do it right then so I came right away. Again I expressed the importancd if the timing. When I arrived 6 minutes later, they left me sitting in a chair for 45 minutes waiting for someone to free up because they couldn’t actually help me. They were fully booked. They completely lied. I was a great long time returning customer and I won’t be returning.
Loved my nails. The manicurist was so patient with my color selection and understood very well the type of nail design I wanted.
