Sign in to reviewI spent 5 hours there to get a digital perm and I got no curls, no waves, nothing ! A straight, damage hair is the only thing I got. I told the lady I was in a hurry and I spent 5 hours for nothing. Avoid it if you can !
ZERO STAR, I went here last on Monday July-21 for a "FULL HIGHLIGHTS" and haircut. And just look at the picture of what they did to my hair. I was there from 1pm to 6:30pm. They damaged my hair and stained my brand new shirt. When I was complaining, she even asked me to pay and just leave and asked me to just do it on my own at home. THE WORST SALON EVER, I got so much regrets on trying out this salon.
My wife originally planned to use a Groupon, but Nancy specifically asked me not to use it, claiming she would give me a “better deal.” That was a complete lie. She ended up trying to charge me more than the Groupon price. The dishonesty alone is unbelievable. And the service? Absolutely awful. Everything was rushed, sloppy, and done with zero attention or care. It felt like she just wanted to get me in and out while trying to overcharging me for the privilege. This was a total waste of time and money, and the lack of integrity is astounding.
Love the results, my hair was uneven and Nancy did an amazing job. I used a groupon with no problems. Definitely coming back!
Nancy did a very great job with my nails. She is very creative and I definitely would recommend her services to anyone who likes going above and beyond. She definitely deserves more than 5 stars.
