The Haute Spot has been my go-to for ~7 months now, and it is been the best and most consistent service I’ve found inside 285. I always get a full acrylic set with gel designs, and they eat every time! The owner is super attentive and kind, and the staff are all very talented and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!
Absolutely five stars! As a first-time customer, I was genuinely blown away by the experience from the moment I walked in. Kayla greeted me with such warmth and hospitality that I honestly thought she was the owner! She immediately made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. From the mimosa to the massage and all the little details in between, the level of attention and customer service was exceptional. Lucy did an amazing job on my pedicure. She was thorough, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. I never felt rushed, and the entire experience felt relaxing and elevated. It’s rare to walk into a salon for the first time and immediately feel like a valued regular. Kayla and Lucy absolutely nailed it. I came in as a new customer and left knowing I had found my new nail salon. Highly recommend!
Just went to Haute for the first time and had a great time. Both the lovey ladies who did my nails were super sweet and they were efficient! I got a design and they worked with picking the best color that best matched the picture. The manager was also super sweet and made sure I got the best service possible.

I randomly returned to HauteSpot during what was supposed to be a winter storm because I finally had a little time for myself. As a small business owner, it had been at least six months since I treated myself to getting my nails and a pedicure done — I simply never make the time. Let me just say… my nails look AMAZING. I actually used to come here back in 2020 but stopped when I followed my nail tech elsewhere. Funny how life works, because it led me right back to Hotspot — and I’m here to stay. Jane gave me a pedicure and my toes look phenomenal. Truly some of the best work I’ve had in a long time. Luna did my nails, and I honestly don’t remember the last time they looked this clean, natural, and flawless. Thank you both for exceeding my expectations and reminding me how important it is to take a moment for yourself. Highly recommend!
