Haven Nails

I NEVER write reviews, much less negative ones. However, my experience was so bad I feel like I need to. As a very introverted, very polite person... I wished I would've not come here. From start to finish, this experience was horrible. Upon walking in, the front desk guy was incredibly rude. I figured eh whatever, that’s unfortunate but not the end of the world as maybe he was having a bad day or I misunderstood. He was incredible rude and unprofessional to every person that came in after me as well. Next- he handed me the basket of mani colors and when I picked one, both him and the woman doing my nails repeatedly were saying “oh we don’t have time for this, we don’t have time” and acted as if it was a major inconvenience for them. Throughout the entire service, the woman kept repeating that she did not have time for this, and I started to feel insanely uncomfortable. After that- I picked out a chrome color (initially with cat eye effect but they refused to do the cat eye effect) and it was extremely evident that the woman did not know how to apply it, as she had to start over from scratch at least 4 separate times. I’m pretty patient in circumstances like this, but this + her repeatedly saying she “doesn’t have time for this” was not an enjoyable experience. Finally- I am not at all a prude person, however, the Netflix show they picked out to be playing was the cherry on top of the cake. It was sex scenes, tons of super explicit language, and an extreme amount of FULL FRONTAL NUDITY the entire time. Again, it’s chill to be watching that kinda stuff at home but in a professional salon environment? EXTREMELY unprofessional and borderline traumatizing if you’re someone who has sensitivity around that stuff. And the bottom of bottom lines— my nails literally look HORRIBLE. Chips and streaks galore, I am trying to take off the polish at home as we speak. I was so shook by the time the appointment ended (almost 2 hours later) that as an introvert, I just wanted to leave immediately. Do what you want with this info, but if it were me I would not go to this establishment.

Fantastic gel manicures. Very clean, nice salon and friendly, attentive staff! I’ve had a different manicurist every time and they have all been great. Take the time to make sure you’re happy each step of the way and offer complimentary beverages. No strong chemical smells in here and they play music or shows on the huge television.

This is the best nail salon in Rino!!! Such beautiful nails at a reasonable price, you can tell they keep up to date with all the latest nail techniques and supplies. The interior is also beautiful and I love that they played Selling Sunset on a ginormous TV haha!!

Haven Nails is one of the most beautiful nail salon I’ve ever been too, and I have been to nail salon all over the world. I left their feeling so good and they did such a wonderful job on myself and my daughters ! The place is so clean and everyone there had such incredible energy, and the customer service was beyond five star! 🌟 if you’re looking for the best place to go this is it.
