I received a gift card to this salon for a pedicure... They sat me down, I picked my pedicure, I picked my color, waited over 30 minutes and somewhere in that time, the woman that sat me down said her client came in and she's taking them, but someone is on their way, that they'll be there soon to do my pedicure. I sat, I waited, the lady arrived...l paid more than the gift card had on it, for the Milk & Honey, thinking it would be a better experience for myself...The entire experience felt like I was a burden, she rubbed the stuff on, didn't massage. I always do gel, which again, I paid more for, and my toe nails are all messy looking. She didn't even give me time to look at them, she grabbed my socks and put them on me, grabbed my shoes, and walked me up. I'm very disappointed, upset, and honestly, angry because I don't even want to show my toes. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Today was my first time there and I loved everything. The location was clean, the service was amazing, the prices are very reasonable and Ana was amazing to me. I asked for a pedi that came with a wonderful massage from her part. I will definitely be coming back 😊
I am sorry I don’t remember the name of the person who make my hand nail on Sunday the 12th, she is on desk number 5 . I am happy because finally I found someone who can make my nail very very good. She made na amazing job. I always will look for her.
New Review: I have been coming to this nail place for over 5 years. I am a regular, and recently my daughter has become a regular. Unfortunately, because I don't get gel, I am often overlooked or my services have been cut short. In fact, last two times a I have skipped my pedicure because they started with my daughter and didn't have enough workers. Last time, my daughter go pedicure and manicured... typically they do both in chair, but again, not enough people... so they did her pedi. We waited an extra 30 mins for mani and when they started the lady stopped because a customer walked out. That customer was getting custom design and stuff so the lady working on my daughter brought the lady back who walked out, started on her and told me and my daughter someone else would finish. It's rude and unprofessional. Won't be back Old Review: This has been my nail place for about 5 years!! All the ladies are great. It’s clean, professional, and quick
Had such an amazing experience bringing my daughter here on her 3rd birthday. She requested to get her nails painted for her first time. She was met at the door with a happy birthday, a high five, and a lollipop! They treated my baby girl like she was their own. Thank you to the amazing ladies again! We will be back regularly now for all services 😊
