I have eaten here often over the past several years and always happy and satisfied but this time it was different. I asked someone if it's the same owners and was told new owners had taken over The reason I asked , the food and presentation was much different. Rice was not eatable And it was real gooey Potatoes not eatable not cooked enough. Over all I was not satisfied with the complete meal. Most was not eaten. After I left iI had to go eat at another restaurant. Usually im so full after eating there. Staff was nice and friendly. Only thing the said was its the same recipes The cook is what makes the food good. Im afraid to say my favorite place is no longer my favorite place to go I will not be returning to this restaurant
This was our first visit to the restaurant with the new management. We were waited on fairly fast and received our orders in a reasonable time for essentially a family cooked meal. She has added several special summer choices. In the process we talked with both a friendly waiter and the friendly cook. The food is excellent. We only wish that the restaurant was closer to where we live. Definitely, worth a visit.
This is definitely the best Korean food in OK. The spicy tofu soup has a whole shrimp, small scallops, baby clams, onion, and zucchini—no extra stuff. The broth is rich and tasty. The mixed BBQ is great too—chicken is flavorful and tender, and the pork and beef are also delicious. Not too sweet, which is rare. I was super full but still finished it all. I came to OKC to drop someone off. Even though I already had Chinese food for lunch, we ate again at 4 p.m. because they finished work early. This time, we ordered doenjang-jjigae and grilled mackerel — still super tasty. We saw a group of Koreans eating together, and it felt like a scene from a K-drama. Next time, I’ll try the cheonggukjang.
Awesome Korean food with great welcoming service, everything tasted great but the teriyaki chicken and dumplings I especially recommend
I ordered my favorite La Galbi and it’s always been delicious! Today, it’s really busy but I don’t mind waiting and eat my food. I love how when I walked in, it’s busy and lots of korean grandma are there eating and other people too. I will definitely come back and eat again!
