Healthy Nails

As I was paying for my pedicure I pull my card for them to stamp it and I was supposed to get $5 off. The person that was charging me asked me if I wanted to use the $5 off or wait and use the $15 off. And I said that doesn’t make sense if I were to wait then I should get $20 since I wouldn’t be using the $5 off. The daughter of the owner was going back and forth with her dad the owner and he says that either use the $5 off and get a whole new loyalty card or wait and just get $15. Which doesn’t make sense and that’s not what the loyalty card says. Even she said it doesn’t make sense but those are his rules. How you want customers coming back when you give out these cards that says on thing but then you say another thing just to make more money. I love getting my pedicures done here but after this I don’t know that I want to come back because of this incident. And I’m not asking for anything free I just want him to honor what is says on the card. If he is going to be giving out these loyalty cards then he should be clear and put that on the card. The daughter clearly has as on my side but couldn’t do much which I get it, but the dad would rather lose a customer. And I not the person that goes for something basic I am a big spender. I don’t get regular polish on my toes I always get shellac which is an extra charge every time and I always get the expensive pedicure tiers even when I get my nails done. I want them to do the manicure which is cutting my nails and doing my cuticles which also extra. I hope they read this post and reconsider. I am sure other people will read this post and also and other social media platforms.

Honestly love this place! The salon is super clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. I got builder gel for only $48 which is such a good deal. Their basic pedi is just $24, and it’s only $12 more to upgrade to gel. Plus, they have those cute little chairs for babies/kids! The prices here are honestly so reasonable. Definitely recommend checking them out!

I realized how much this nail shop means to me when I found myself waiting for my nail tech to come back from her trip just so she could do my nails. That’s how much trust I have in her. They’ve taken such good care of me — especially with my ingrown nails — with patience, gentleness, and real attention. Every visit feels like I’m being looked after, not rushed. My nails always come out perfect, but it’s the care behind it that keeps me coming back. I’m genuinely grateful for them.

The absolute best place to get builder gel done in Pasadena. They are extremely precise, and the customer service is always excellent. I will definitely be a long-term customer. Even from the moment you walk in, the greeting is always warm and positive. I highly recommend them!
