Please Read This place is so unprofessional I went to get my nails done with Lu and at first she gave me a price for my nails and at the end she wanted to charged more of what we agreed, so BE AWARE and confirm everything before she starts, nails look pretty but the next day they started peeling I texted her and she gave me an appointment to fix them after a week and please look at the pictures of what she did!! they were just 2 nails that needed to be foxy and and instead of fixing them she ruined all of my set I told her to fix them the correct way and she said I will need to remove everything next time today I will just do the edges 😵💫😵💫 I told her that that was not right and she said if you are that difficult I will not take you next time I was just asking to fix something that it was not right. I told her obviously I’m not back coming again I’ll paid almost $200 dollars for me and my daughter nails and this service is what I get SERIOUSLY!!! LU was so RUDE saying The nails are way expensive of what she charged for them and I was that’s not my problem I paid what we agreed, you can see the pictures below be aware of LU I’m sorry for Helen she is always nice and her sister
The struggle is real when it comes to finding a nail salon you truly enjoy, but I love coming here! Everyone is so sweet, caring, and welcoming. Even my 7-year-old daughter says it feels like we’re treated like family. The customer service is excellent, and the atmosphere is always friendly. Big shout-out to Lisa for making my nails so beautiful every time. 🌸 Every experience has been 5⭐️ amazing!
If you’re going anywhere else, you’re wasting your money. This is the place to go! From nail designs, size, shape, cuticle care, eye brows, I’m going to Helen’s. My nails don’t break or chip, and my toes feel so soft. My grandmother has gone here for at least 25 years and since moving back, this is the only place I trust with my self care necessities. And yes, the price is perfect. Thank you Helen and the ladies for another perfect execution!
They are VERY rude something has changed in last few years. Customer service and them talking over you and about you is disrespectful. I have an elderly mom I no longer feel safe leaving her there alone. I know they aren't care takers but take care of your customers. She uses a cane and gets her toes, eyes and nails done respect that. I will never go there for service Remember T nails..and design Art yes I myself am a long time customer since 1994. Whe. Airbrush was in. Bloop. So don't recommend don't do it.
This place is VERY hit or miss, but the last time I decided not never return. They were unhygienic and rude. It was very clear the two ladies working with me & my friend were talking about me. Not only that but Helen said a price when I arrived and charged me more.
