Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll - Hayden is a Vietnamese restaurant at 2922 Hayden Rd in Scottsdale, AZ. It offers a local option for Vietnamese dishes, whether you are stopping in for a meal or ordering takeout. Customer feedback highlights pho and generously portioned rolls, while the overall rating is 4.2 from 413 reviews. Experiences vary, so this is a useful place to consider if you are nearby and want to explore the specific dishes guests mention, with the understanding that individual visits may differ.

Pho is one of the reasons customers return. One diner praised the savory broth and described enjoying it at a table with chopsticks and a soup spoon; another review, however, said the pho was not hot enough and lacked flavor. These differing accounts offer a realistic picture rather than a promise that every bowl will be the same. If pho is what you have in mind, the broth is a notable part of the restaurant’s customer feedback, and temperature and flavor are worth judging for yourself when you visit.

The rolls stand out in takeout reviews. Customers have mentioned the caramelized pork belly roll and lemongrass flank steak roll, describing both as delicious, filling, and generously portioned. Those are concrete choices to look for if you want something beyond a bowl of pho or need a portable meal. A guest also mentioned ordering fried rice as a side and pairing it with the broth. The reviews suggest that the rolls can make a satisfying lunch or takeout order, though value and portions are personal impressions rather than guarantees.

Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll - Hayden may suit diners looking for pho, Vietnamese rolls, or a casual lunch in the Hayden Road area, as well as people who prefer to take their meal home. Reviews point to both dine-in and takeout experiences, but also describe inconsistent service and differences in food temperature, flavor, and quality. One customer also raised a cleanliness concern about sauce bottles. These details matter when choosing a restaurant, and setting a fair expectation is part of finding the right fit. For a visit, consider the dishes customers specifically name and assess the experience firsthand at this Scottsdale location.

We used to go the location at 90 St and Shea, Hello Vietnam pho which was always wonderful, clean and high quality. Today, since we were nearby this location so decided to stop in for lunch. Unfortunately, it was mistaken, the sauce bottles were dirty that we did not want touch it, the spring roll skin was hard and not fresh. The noodle soup was disappointing, with barely any noodles.about the amount that fits on one chopstick. We didn’t say anything at first and just ordered extra noodles. At the end, when my husband went to pay, the lady at the counter made a joke, saying, “You guys eat a lot of noodles, haha,” which made us feel very awkward. Two pho soups plus a spring roll totaled $50. We don’t mind being charged fairly, but please ensure the quality matches the price. Sorry, but I do not recommend this place at all.

Hello Vietnam Pho is a great little spot! I ordered takeout — the caramelized pork belly roll and the lemongrass flank steak roll — and both were delicious, generously portioned, and super filling without breaking the bank. Prices are very …

I've always ordered to go to eat in my bed (always had been delicious) - this was the first time I've ever been able to eat at a table and use my chops sticks + soup spoon at the same time - amazing!! The broth is so savory!! I got a side of fried rice and used to soup soon to soak the rice in... long story short that broth is killer!!! So glad I came in Service was great, everyone was so kind and helpful…. Never made me feel weird about dining by myself ☺️

The food is the only reason this place still gets my business. The service from this waitress is consistently awful. Every visit feels like you're inconveniencing her by existing. During my most recent visit, my date and I were the only customers in the restaurant and still had to wait around for basic things like utensils while she sat on her phone. I eventually had to get up and ask for them myself. What makes it worse is that I've watched her be perfectly capable of being friendly and attentive to other tables. For whatever reason, that professionalism seems to disappear when it comes to ours. If you don't want to serve customers, find a job that doesn't involve serving customers. Great food. Embarrassingly bad service.
