HEM UP Alteration & Dry Cleaner

Tina was incredibly talented, patient, and detail-oriented. The alterations looked so seamless that you would never even know the dress had been modified. She not only fixed the slit beautifully, but made the entire gown fit and flow so much better. I felt elegant, confident, and comfortable all night long.Highly recommended.

2 years ago, I walked into Hem Up with my older sister who was getting married in 3 days. She needed last minute alterations done and while everyone else in OC turned us away, Tina took us in and saved us! I told Tina that when it was my turn to get married, I’d come to her - and I kept that promise!! Gave Tina my wedding dress that had a bazillion layers, needed to be shorter, and needed a bustle… 1 week before my wedding. I know - I’m insane and very irresponsible. But of course, Tina saved me. She might’ve given me a well deserved lecture, but she saved me. 😅 Beautiful job, quick turnaround time, friendly, and reasonably priced. Tina’s is the only place I’ll get alterations done in OC.

My sister had a less-than-satisfactory experience at a local dry cleaner with her cocktail dress, but after recommending Tina at Hem Up, she transformed the dress into a flawless fit. You have a choice: you can opt for a cheaper, mediocre job elsewhere, or you can invest a bit more and experience exceptional work done right the first time at Hem Up.
