Some nails look bulbous and are crooked. The shape from the side also does not look good. From afar they look okay, but there are other places that charge the same amount (which is expensive) and do better. Low rating is also because the tech made my cuticles bleed and put cuticle oil on it and dipped it back into the oil to be used with other clients.. which is very unhygienic and can cause an infection since it is an open wound. The pedicure turned out good, I was happy with it. Just not the manicure + price for it. Total price for both was about $150.

I drive a long way to get my nails done here. Very friendly, clean and relaxing atmosphere and high quality nails and services. I probably pass 40 nail salons on the way here. I am very picky and so are they. I highly recommend this place. They are affordable too. I get all the extras and am always pleased.

I have been going to this salon since it first opened, and I don't plan on picking a new one. They always show great hospitality and do my nails just how I ask. I've recommended to plenty friends and family members. I bring my daughters here and they always do a good job making sure they're comfortable.

Today was my 2nd visit, I was running late in my day and of 4 nail places called at 6pm to see if they could get me in, Highland nail bar was the only one available. I am amazed at the precision, care and time Lily took tending to my dragon feet since I’m out on the yard shoeless. She didn’t rush although I was a late customer. She went above any beyond any experience I’ve ever had and I have had MANY pedicures in my lifetime. I highly recommend Highland Nail bar in Granbury. The chairs are comfy, the water is warm, the message is excellent and the wine makes for a relaxing experience 10 out of 10!

Upon arrival I was given a form to pick what I wanted. I proceeded to pick full set gel for $55. Mind you it’s acrylic no design just black gel polish. Once I’m sitting down and nails are glue to my finger nails, the gentleman scratch the pricing and bumps the price up to $70. I ask why he said it’s because of the shape, and I don’t know what else the lady in the front continues to gaslight me saying it’s a miss print on the form. Like what ? Very misleading. Gives me a 10% off which it was still $65. It wouldn’t be an issue if this was mention before I sat down I would’ve either pay it or left. Today gel polish has peel off on 3 nails. Not coming back.
