I've been here a couple times and the ladies are very nice. My rating is due to completely skipping cuticle care on two separate occasions for the manicure. They always do very well on my pedicures. But the last two times I received a manicure including today and once a couple months ago... one of the ladies filed me separately and then switched with a 2nd lady who continued on the manicure while I could get my pedicure done at the same time by the 3rd lady. And the 2nd lady who finishes the manicure skipped cuticle trimming/care both times. I also picked a little bit of gel off my skin. Gel polish shouldn't touch the skin. I dont like leaving bad reviews but skipping the cuticle trimming on a manicure is one of the main steps. Maybe it was because they switched the person who continued on my manicure but I was very disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by this place. My acrylic full set turned out beautifully and my technician paid full attention to detail. The whole salon was clean, organized, and relaxing. The pedicure was good and the pedicure chair was one of the best I’ve ever been in. The prices were very reasonable. My base acrylic set was $45 and I paid extra for design. I got my last set removed here and they were very gentle with my nails, didn’t hurt during the removal process and soaked the acrylic off instead of filing which tends to burn. This was not a salon where they were trying to get you out as soon as possible. I’m a licensed nail technician myself and I highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back for more services. It felt so nice I wish I had worn something nicer lol. I was a walk in customer and was helped right away. Everything is updated and felt luxurious. The only thing I would bring up was that I wanted a regular polish pedicure and they were very pushy about getting gel. Other than that, I’m happy here and pleased with the service I received.

I accidentally stumbled across Highland nails and I love my experience here. It is very hard to find a nail salon that takes time to make you and your feet feel great. I give this establishment Five stars every visit.

I came in for an acrylic fill, and I am so happy that I came here! the owner, Tiffany has a great attention to detail, and my gel acrylic fill even included a hot towel afterwards. The salon is clean and inviting, as well as the staff and ownership. After 10 visits, you get $10 off of a service which is an added perk. No matter where you are coming from the salon is easy to get to from the 805 and there is plenty of parking in the big gym parking lot that it is connected to. I’m so glad to find a reliable and affordable salon in the south Bay. I will definitely be coming back here!
