I don’t usually write things like this, but I had such a great experience that I had to share it. I see a lot of bad reviews and there has to be another side to it because Mrs Ho, the owner is/was amazing. I knew nothing about diamonds and was concerned about buying one and she spent a lot of time explaining what all the numbers meant regarding diamonds. She showed me why when you buy certain diamonds and you try to resell them, you get text to nothing because you were sold a very poor diamond and didn’t know it. She showed me about the cut, clarity and all that mess, finally understanding diamonds. I bought a diamond that I know I’ll be able to get at least my money back if I ever wanted to sell it or possibly even more. She only deals with the highest rated diamonds, and I think has a very unique eye to be able to see these, but it’s a great combination because she can explain it as well. I highly recommend this place for diamonds and I also got some incredible gold that after discussing the way it comes in packaged in quality, I will have zero problems reselling it. Anyway, that’s a lot but for someone that was very concerned to have a store owner take that much time and help me understand was incredible

I was a regular customer here. I bought a lot of gold and 3 diamonds ring here. I did came back and sold back my 2 diamond ring with loosing half price for the ring shell and 10% loose for the diamond. The third one which was my very first diamond ever I bought from here, just small ring 0.65ct I bought on 03/11/2021 total around $4k.. when I called and try to sell back without receipt, she said no receipt she could buy back even I have pictures I took from the day I bought it. She had a lot of excuse not to buy the ring back even I agree to sell with the average price. Bad services ever will definitely never come back! Don’t come here if you don’t want to have a bad experience ever..

I received the worst service ever from this jewelry boutique. First off before I even asked for anything they told me" they can't do it". I then proceeded to try and translate because maybe there was a failure in communication and they continued" I cannot do it." All I wanted was to change the battery in my watches and clean some Ivory and gold jewelry. They still told me "we can't do it ". they had a angry deposition about themselves. As if I was coming in begging for change, my appearance and even my demeanor is never threatening or intimidating. I've never felt so unwelcome from a jeweler the jewelry & clothing that I was wearing should have spoken for me that I was a potential customer that pays for quality merchandise and service

My favorite jewelry shop if not Kim jewelry in garland. They carry all the real yellow gold for the best prices. Their diamond and gold of course remains the same color and hold the same value of not higher through the years. Unlike American stores. Where you are paying for "yellow gold" that de- color in time or isn't even close to what yellow gold should look like to begin with. For maybe 5x the cost.
