If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese comfort food, this spot absolutely delivers one of the best bowls of bún bò Huế I’ve had in a long time. The broth is rich, deeply flavorful, and perfectly balanced — you can taste the slow simmer and all the spices coming together. It has that signature lemongrass aroma with just the right amount of heat 🌶️ The noodles are cooked just right, and the portions are generous with tender slices of beef and plenty of toppings. I also appreciated how fresh everything tasted, from the herbs to the vegetables on the side. Service was friendly and quick, and the overall vibe made it a great place to sit down and enjoy a hearty meal. Definitely a go-to spot whenever I’m in the mood for bún bò Huế!

Hands down the best bun bo hue in the greater Seattle areas; fast and friendly service. I've been coming here once or twice a month for almost 20 years since a small bowl of bun bo hue was just $5. A small mom and pop place, they have tons of other options on the menu as well, but their specialty is def the bun bo hue.

Expect it to be crowded, especially on weekends. I came to try their Bun Bo Hue and it did not disappoint me, I wished I asked for the spicy version. Lots of beef slices, shrimp paste and veggies 😋 The price is very affordable, we had 2 Bun Bo Hue and 1 Mi Quang for ~49 total before tip …

I got their signature dish the bon bun hue, and was pleased with the taste of the dish. There was quite a lot of beef in the soup, and the broth was rich and delicious. The spicy was perfect to not be overpowering while still adding more dimension to the taste. I was not a fan of the taste and texture of the pork blood cube, and there could have been more noodles. There was also a piece of pork hock which was a little hard to eat. Overall it was a fine dish to eat, and I feel like while I didn't get the biggest bang for my buck, it was an acceptable price. Getting the large bowl is definitely the way to go given the $1 difference to size up for $15. Service was prompt and polite, and the place was not too crowded coming before 11am. For me this would be a place to bring friends, but not necessarily be a regular myself.
