Hoang Nancy MD

I have been seeing Dr. Hoang for years and the Memorial Hermann system conversion has made information and communications access a lot easier. She is extremely personable and down to earth. A big plus is an onsite lab so that travel to another venue is not needed. I strongly recommend her services.

I can’t believe how KIM , the lady who answered the phone today, can work as receptionist there. I had not met her in person yet. However, her tone and her attitude of handling a basic receptionist ‘s task really turned me off.I wish I could record the conversation and show it to the doctors there.I now feel bad for my new Md there , Dr Nancy Hoang, who is very caring. It s not fair for her office to get this 1 star review because of Kim. I m sure because of Kim many patients and especially new patients have to stop going there. Kim, I hope one day you can realize that only positive energy can bring a better life for you.

Terrible call center. Throwing up after taking high blood pressure 30m, and they suggested the patient to take another one. Doctor only favors and tries to flirt with white male patients. Giving out personal numbers and prescribing anything the patients ask without checking. She needs to be reported

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GO TO ANOTHER DOCTORS OFFICE! Horrible experience! I switched PCP’s to get a referral as my original PCP did not have appointments available. Samantha is one of the rudest person ever! I spoke with her last week to ask if by chance I could have my referral in paper. Samantha had an attitude because I was asking too many questions she knows I had a referral and desperately need it as part of my colon needs to be removed. I called Monday 12/6 the day of my appointment with the surgeon. My referral still had not been sent over and it’s so odd that my referral was put into the box for pregnant women… so Samantha’s solution you need to reschedule your appointment with your surgeon because Dr Hoang’s office didn’t do their job. Mind you the surgeon leaves next week, I’m in pain and need the surgery before he leaves. Samantha’s solution “oh well we made a mistake and you need to reschedule your appointment, we won’t be able to send the referral until next week. Horrible experience and Samantha is not happy with her job and is a horrible person. I waited 1 1/2 to get my referral that Samantha said I would not get till end of week. To top it all off Samantha claims that Dr Hoang told her there’s nothing they could do for me other than reschedule my appointment with the surgeon. Dr. Hoang refused to come speak to me and had Kim handle the situation which I’m glad Kim called my insurance company to get the referral code needed to see and scheduled my surgery. I recommend you go to another doctors office. Obviously Dr Hoang doesn’t care enough about her patients at least that’s what Samantha said because Samantha said Dr Hoang told her to tell me I have to wait till Wednesday 12/8 or end of 12/10 week to send the referral when I saw Dr Hoang on 12/1. Horrible doctor and Samantha needs a new job or raise so she can stop squeezing her white stress ball and bring rude.

I don’t know who the lady that answers the phone is but every comment that is being said that she has horrible customer service is completely true. She is rude, short answers and needs a crash course on how to deal with people. I am very surprised how bad someone can be on the phone. I feel bad for the doctors that work in this clinic because they are losing business due to her poor skills. I was literally told to look elsewhere because my insurance did not take them and before I could explain what I was told by my insurance company, I had already been hung up on. If this is any indication on the care in this facility, STAY AWAY!
