SCAMMMERSS!!! When I asked the price my nails were going to be the young technician asked an older woman and the older woman asked if she cut my nails shorter so she can come up with the pricing. And the nail technician said no. Just so she will come up with a higher price so that I will get charged more for my nails. Which was a lie! My first experience was bad at this nail salon. I kept telling the young nail technician that I only want my nails only a little filed on the sides. And she kept doing it for over a minute on one side. And she got irritated when I kept telling her only a little bit. And she proceeded to keep filing that side for even longer. She kept doing the opposite of what I asked her to. And she had some older woman take over because she was upset that I kept speaking up about her not fulfilling my request. And the older woman was ruff on my hands and was hurting me by filing so hard because she was upset that I made the other technician upset so she was taking her anger out on me. Very unprofessional!

I paid $60 for an acrylic french set. The young lady who worked on my nails was very kind and did an amazing job! This place did well with my request and concerns! 🌸💖

Been coming for years. Recommend so many here as well. The worker is mad because I am asking for a French tip. Which I showed before she began. She’s slinging my foot around. Really could’ve done this at home. It’s Mother’s Day weekend. Women want to feel good about themselves coming in. Not feel racially or financially profiled. It got to a point where I just didn’t even care. Just finish so I can go. Then just an fyi speaking a different language or not body language is universal. We can tell when you’re talking about us.

Today, 11/3/25, I experienced the worst service ever at this establishment. Despite being a loyal customer of and on since high school, (I am 35 now)I was subjected to subpar treatment. I would give them a NO STARS if possible. But luckily for them that is not an option. I visited for a full set and French tip pedicure. Although the technician who worked on my toes seemed unenthusiastic, she did an excellent job. However, when I proceeded to get my nails done, I was dissatisfied with the shape. I politely expressed my concerns to the technician, who was kind and understanding. Unfortunately, the owner intervened and attempted to convince me that my nails were satisfactory. When I disagreed, she became aggressive, handling my hands roughly, causing discomfort and pain. I insisted that she stop and informed her that I would still pay for the service despite the subpar experience. The technicians left my hands in poor condition, and the owner snatched the payment from my hands and walked away not giving me my change which I did not insist on asking for. I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior and will not return to this establishment. Sometimes, a low price is not worth the poor service, as you truly get what you pay for. They do not care if you like your nails they just want you to pay for subpar services.

They do not deserve a star, she didn’t even paint the whole nail. The polish wasn’t even smooth, she added to much nail polish and it’s visible. Her solution was to file over the whole nail to smooth it out. Huge disappointment in the services.
