Sign in to reviewWe used this company in 2015 and they charged an extra closing cost so instead of paying $2500 we paid $5000. Make sure you pay for a Real Estate attorney to review your documents. Also, the inspection was a joke, as the house was riddled with termites the garage walls having a texture of paper and not solid like a wall should be.
Krista helped us get into the home of our dreams! Buying our first home seemed overwhelming, but Krista helped us understand the housing market, the pros and cons of each neighborhood in the Los Alamitos Unified School District zones, what we could reasonably afford, and a timeline for buying a home. She is easy to talk to, extremely knowledgable about housing and loans, and really exceeded our expectations. She helped us prioritize our home wish list, and when we found our dream home, she was able to negotiate a deal and get us under contract before the house was listed on the market. She walked us through every step of the escrow process, and has continued to be a sounding board to figure out which home renovations will be good financial investments when we decide to sell. Krista is timely in her responses, has quick follow-through, will share her honest opinions, and and will help you get into the house meant for you.
