I brought my 2015 Honda Accord in for a rear main seal oil leak repair and paid approximately $1,300. Immediately after picking up the vehicle, multiple warning lights appeared on the dashboard, including ABS, brake, stability control, tire pressure, and collision mitigation system warnings. The dashboard displayed “FAILED,” and I have photos documenting the issue. I returned the vehicle to the shop right away for a warranty inspection. I was told it was likely a computer reset issue and that the technician may need to clear the system, but the problem has continued. Prior to this repair, my vehicle was not displaying these warning lights. I have now been quoted an additional $1,600 for further repairs after the warnings began immediately following the original service. Regardless of whether the issues are related, it is extremely frustrating to spend over $1,300 on a repair and leave with a vehicle that feels less reliable than when it arrived. I no longer feel comfortable driving the car and have had to make alternative transportation arrangements. Based on my experience, I am disappointed with the outcome and the handling of the situation.

I recently had my dad’s Toyota Tundra serviced at this shop, and they did an excellent job. The team was very thorough, taking care of major repairs like the timing belt service, valve cover gasket replacement, and front brake rotors, along with smaller maintenance items such as the brake flush and air filter. Everything was handled professionally and done right the first time. The customer service was outstanding as well. They kept me informed every step of the way, offering direct communication and convenient text updates. It gave me confidence knowing the truck was in good hands. The service was done in a very reasonable time. It took care of my problem. The only issue I had was that the diagnostic charge to see what the problem was, was not removed from my bill. I believe in other shops this charge is removed if that shop performs the work they prescribed.

I was referred here by someone I know who really raved about this place they insisted I give them a try. However when I called to ask a couple questions about my daughter’s car I was told they were too busy to answer any questions. The woman who answered and stated this took my number down and said someone would call me back when they have time. What?? Too busy to answer questions that could possibly resort in more business? If I was still waiting on that call I'd be on day three. Luckily Juniors had some time to answer our questions.
