Excellent customer service and vehicle care. Honest1 went the extra mile for my entire experience. Fast turn around, great prices, free shuttle service, clean lobby with snacks, drop off options, and super easy-to-use website for scheduling appointments. Eric throughly informed and updated me on my vehicle at each step, and answered any questions I had. Jeff showed me the process behind their inspection technology, which is an incredible tool and helps you feel confident and knowledgeable about your own vehicle. It is also very easy to review the updates on the service straight from your phone - no guess work! Absolutely night-and-day difference from any other auto shop in Tampa Bay in the best way. My only regret is not finding them sooner! Will 100% be trusting Honest1 for anything in the future. The peace of mind is so worth it, and my vehicle is running better than ever. Called and got pricing without issue and then was able to schedule an appointment the next day for tire installation and alignment. Eric was phenomenal with explaining the services and pricing. Our technician Marino did a great job with the tires and our Jeep runs great! Excellent customer service and work.

I came to this shop with some questions about a few things on my car before going on vacation. They were very friendly and confirmed everything was OK and good to go. I'll be back next time for my next scheduled service.

This place is very clear with what the work they are completing and provide in depth analysis and pictures of what they need to fix before proceeding. They also share the complete diagnostics report. The facility is also very clean and they offer a complimentary shuttle to bring you home after you drop off your vehicle. However, you do pay for these services in the long run. If you are looking for the best deal on price, this isn't the place for you. In my experience they are definitely on the expensive side. They don't try and upsell you or really get you to buy something you don't need, but they don't have to because the parts and labor here are pricier than your average auto mechanic garage. Overall, it's a solid experience getting your vehicle serviced here, just be prepared to spend more than you had hoped.

Got to this review site via a QR code stapled to a complimentary bag of Himalayan pink salt popcorn they left in my car. These guys were great. Got honest advice and a detailed price breakdown from the store manager with 35 years of automotive experience. Said he built his first engine at 11. Paid the same price as I always do for an oil change but received a complimentary complete vehicle assessment and a snack bar with a mini fridge. Naturally took a little longer to do all that they did, but they told me it would beforehand.
