Honey Nails Salon

I came to the salon for the first time a week and a half ago to get a gel manicure. I just moved back to the area and was hopeful to try a place that was actually near my house. This salon has good reviews so I decided to give them a shot. The girl who did my nails, I believe her name was bunny was super kind and patient with me and just made the experience really wonderful and made me hopeful to go back to the salon. I noticed my nails started to chip about five days after getting my nails done and it got progressively worse so I did call the Salon a week after and explained what happened. I also explained that I work in a hospital and work overnights from 6pm to 6am and couldn’t make it in that day. She said that was fine and didn’t say anything else. I called today to get my nails fixed. It is now been a week and a half. They told me today that because it has been a week and a half that I would have to pay to get my nails Fixed. They said they have a policy that states If you have an issue with your nails up to a week of getting them done that they’ll fix them without having to pay. Now, as I mentioned, I did speak on the phone with management previously and no one informed me of that information. I was also a first time customer and no one informed me of that information when I left the salon. My nails have lifted, chipped off, peeled off, and my tips of my nails have actually broken off, which has never happened before. I haven’t done anything strenuous, just taking my gloves on and off from working in the hospital. I have a small chip on my left hand middle finger, which isn’t that big of a deal compared to the three that are terrible in the photo. I paid for a gel manicure and it just seems like I got a regular manicure with how much lifting chipping and peeling is being done. I was told this gel manicure would last 4 weeks and I hasn’t even lasted half of that. It seems management just wants to take their customers money and does not seem to desire to make it right. I understand that they have a policy, but that policy was not communicated to me as a first time customer before I left the salon, it wasn’t communicated to me when I spoke on the phone the first time and it is nowhere to be listed on their website or social media accounts. It seems very sneaky. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to the salon

I will never go to another salon again!! Ari is an AMAZING nail tech who always brings my visions to life. Everyone is so nice and the place is always clean and SPOTLESS. Prices are so reasonable for the amount of talent and hard work that goes into their craft. Never ever left disappointed.

I've been searching for a salon I'd like to stick to and I finally found it at Honey Nail Salon. I'd recommend scheduling with Ari, she's the greatest. This location has a relaxing atmosphere, kind and friendly service. The owner is amazing, she is also the reason I keep coming back.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I decided to get my nails done while on vacation and I spent $80 FOR THIS! She spent 4 HOURS doing my nails and I didn’t even get the design I wanted since I had to meet someone and told her to just forget it. I asked for rounded nails and I got squared and they are not even even shaped and some of the bottom nails are lifted already and I literally just left the salon. Don’t waste your time here you’re better off going somewhere else Literally waste of money for nails I don’t even like, legit left the salon crying because I honestly just hate my nails
