I've been coming here for 11 years, I come at least once a month, it is one of my favourite fish markets for oysters, fish and fresh shrimp. They also have several exotic fruits that you can't find in the normal markets, and being that it's an ethnic oriented grocery store, they have a ton of variety. Variety whether you're looking for Chinese, Japanese, Filipino, Indian, some African inspired herbs and spices, love this place so much of it is there. I would recommend it to anyone, their tea selections and sauces are also glorious. Glorious. And if you're a culinary lover and at home chef, they have all the things you're going to need. Even pots and pans and 15-30 lb rice bags of every kind of grain you can imagine.

We've been shopping here forever, however on January 12, 2026, we grocery shopping as usual. We in line at the register and spend $278.48 to be exact. This security guard saw a print on my hip and came over and ask me to leave the store. Saying they have a posted sign that doesn't allow it inside. I pointed out to him that the sign was for OPEN CARRY -( 30-07) and not (30-06) sign. He don't or can't understand what he's trying to enforce. He was trying to argue with me and trying to intimidate me but that didn't face me one bit. Meanwhile the cashier at the register was yelling at my wife for helping her bagged the grocery. I told my wife to just leave everything there and leave, but she's a better woman then me and continue to wait and pay for the groceries. WE WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN.

My major concern for this market is the customer service, this falls under 2 factors. 1st factor: I came into the market hoping to buy something stuff for my mom so she can cook a dessert dish and I don’t know where the ingredients so I asked a lady, mind you the lady was useless, I asked her and she kept pointing and then she came up and showed me the item and instead of handing it to me, she throws it at me and says “it’s not hard to find it”. Mind you I looked about 15 minutes for this ingredient. That’s my first problem with the customer service. 2nd factor: When I finish buying everything, I was ready to checkout and I go to checkout and mind you I stood there for 5-8 minutes without any help because the lady was busy standing around and talking to another lady, so I just had to go to a different checkout counter. This market by far was a good market in the past for me to shop at everyday, but shifted fast with the horrible customer service, if you want a better market to shop out, I suggest Thanh Hung food market. Worst experience today and the last few weeks, but didnt wanna assume and give it a benefit of the doubt but was wrong, I will never come back here even if it’s the last Vietnamese market alive.
