Sign in to reviewThis is my second time at this nail salon (first time was perfect red done by Eric), but I had another dude this time and I'm disappointed because the sides of my nails were filed too much and it has been painful for me. Plus one side of the nail is filed more than the other side (especially noticeable on my thumb) and some parts of the nail not completely covered by polish. I really wanted to love my pink french tips, but it fell short. However, every worker seems nice there. Next time, I will ask for Eric. Edit: Eric contacted me to fix my nails and accomodated me during his busy holiday schedule. He is gentle with my nails and very skilled. I am now a happy customer. Updated photo at the end.
Hope Nail Salon was wonderful. They were able to accommodate me with a same-day appointment, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly hospitable, kind, and caring throughout the entire experience. The environment felt warm and welcoming, and the attention to detail on my nails was excellent. They consistently checked in to make sure I was happy with the shape, colour, and finish, which made me feel really valued as a customer. Extremely accessible and affordable!! A lovely experience overall. I would definitely return.
I went to this nail salon because it was close by my house. Just wanted to a gel x nail removal. But I don’t think they did it thoroughly. Because I see some layer of a nail? I’m not sure, kind of looking like dirt but it’s not… I’ve gotten my gel x nails removed at a different nail salon before, but this place did not do it well. So I wasn’t too satisfied. They weren’t as thorough.
I've come to Hope nails a few times now and I'm always impressed by Eric's work. I needed a new spot and now this is the only place I get my acrylics done. Most recently I showed him a Halloween idea and he replicated it even better than I could have imagined. The creativity and detail he puts into his work is impressive! It's always a welcoming environment and very clean. If you're looking for acrylic nails, this is definitely the spot to go!
Great experience with my daughter! Clean salon, friendly staff, and they were patient with kids. Our manicures came out beautiful and lasted well. Reasonable prices. Will definitely be back!
