I ordered pho with meat and tendon. The meat was well-done when served so I was pretty disappointed as I asked for medium rare. The tendon was the best. Big chuck, soft and tender. Broth was very bland. I had to put some salt in it. Fresh shrimp rolls were nice. I had them to go. The rolls were wrapped in cling film and put in plastic container. When taken out from fridge, the rolls were not too solid and I could have them straight away. Cash payment is preferable. 3% charge on credit card. I find it ridiculous.
We had a really unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The food was disappointing—our pho broth wasn’t rich or flavorful, the beef is so tough and tasted overall pretty bad and not worth the price. …
