Hot Breads Plano

I recently visited Hot Breads Plano and tried their tea and maska bun. It was such a simple order, but honestly one of the most satisfying tea-time snacks. The maska bun was soft, warm, and generously buttered, and it paired perfectly with the hot tea. The first bite itself reminded me of the classic bakery-style snacks you get in India. The bun had a light crisp on the outside and was fluffy inside, while the butter melted nicely and gave it a rich flavor. The tea was also well balanced, not too strong and not too mild, making it the perfect companion to the bun. We enjoyed it so much that we immediately ordered 10 more maska buns to take with us. The staff packed them really nicely, which made it convenient for us to carry them all the way to another state without worrying about them getting damaged. The place itself has a nice bakery vibe, and the service was quick and friendly. Sometimes the simplest foods end up being the most memorable, and this was definitely one of those experiences. If you love classic chai and bakery snacks, their maska bun with tea is definitely something worth trying. ☕🥯

I’ve been visiting Hot Breads for over a year now, and their Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice has never disappointed us. I recently ordered my daughter’s birthday cake here and it was amazing. The taste was too good and they also customised the cake for me according to my needs. I really didn’t expect such great quality. I also realised they have wide spread menu here. I am definitely gonna try more from their menu. I tried the Indian snacks and they are pretty good as well along with the bakery items. Strongly Recommended!

One of the worst experiences. Ordered a soccer cake (pic attached) for my son’s birthday and prepaid it. When I went in to pick it up on the day at the agreed time, I was handed over a cake that looked completely different (pic attached) They said the baker forgot about the picture and made the cake without any instructions. After a long argument, I was promised a replacement cake to be delivered in an hour at the party location. But even after 1:30hrs no one turned up. After numerous calls, store guys turned up without any replacement cake but an edible soccer sheet and placed it on top of the cake. With kids waiting inside and no other option available at last minute, I had to accept the cake to avoid embarrassment and let kids down. I was also promised a full refund of the amount which I have not yet received. Don’t buy from them. They will ruin your day and put you in an embarrassing situation in front of your guests. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

The cake was ready on time, looked exactly as expected, and tasted amazing — fresh, soft, and full of flavor. Everyone at home loved it, especially the cream and the perfect sweetness level. While waiting, I also ordered some food and snacks, and I was honestly impressed with the taste and quality. Everything was served fresh and had authentic flavor. The puffs and biryani were especially delicious, and the chai was a perfect addition. The staff was friendly and handled everything professionally, even during a busy time. Overall, Hot Breads Plano is a great place for both cakes and food. I’ll definitely be coming back again for future celebrations and casual food visits
