Hot Hands Massage & Facial Spa

Hot Hands Massage & Facial Spa is a spa in Philadelphia, PA, at 2545 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19148. It offers massage and facial services in a neighborhood setting that customers describe as friendly and welcoming. Reviews mention back and body massage, a signature facial with red light therapy, and visits with massage therapist Diedre and esthetician Melissa. If you are looking for a local place to unwind or make time for personal care, the feedback points to an approachable small-business experience rather than a formal, large-scale resort atmosphere.

Customers describe the massage experience as relaxing and comfortable, and one reviewer appreciated the therapist’s skill, the helpful staff, and the price. Other reviewers specifically praise Diedre for a caring, skilled approach to massage. For facial care, a customer who chose the signature facial with red light therapy described the treatment as very good and relaxing, and found esthetician Melissa friendly and knowledgeable. These are individual customer impressions, not a guarantee of a particular result, but they offer a useful sense of the services and practitioners guests have appreciated.

The spa may suit people booking a first massage in a while, looking for a body massage, or interested in a facial appointment. Reviewers also mention a clean, comfortable-feeling space, though experiences can differ: one customer was less sure about cleanliness, and another noted that a Sunday visit seemed understaffed. The feedback gives a balanced picture of a local business where customers often value personal service, while also showing that the experience may depend on the day and visit. If you have questions about a service or a gift voucher, one reviewer found the receptionist patient and helpful when sorting out a confusing Groupon gift.
