Loved it! Great food, selection and service. The owner came over and explained the whole process, very sweet. I'll definitely be back and bringing my husband and son. They are excited when I showed them the menu and told them about my experience. You will not regret it. If you are not a big eater and just get $30 all you can eat Hotpot but if you want the full experience get the Hotpot & BBQ grilling experience for all you can eat at only $39.

Service was excellent but sadly I won't be going here again. It was simply just not a good value in the end. I spent $47 for a pretty basic lunch including tip. Much of the food was previously (or still!) frozen. Some of it still stuck in frozen form to the sides and lids as they passed by. There was an abundance of ingredients but I was still left wanting for more variety. At the very least, more ready to eat foods from the conveyor belt that didn't need to be cooked in the broth. I wish some of the foods were chopped into smaller pieces because there were no knives or any way to alter the prepared food. Chunks of cabbage, pumpkin and zucchini were definitely not bite sized, for example. Overall, it was a fun experience to try. You select a base broth and then they put that in front of you into a cooker that is recessed beneath the countertop at your seat. You select and add ingredients and cook them and then scoop out your soup and eat it. It makes a giant mess. The food was delicious! There are a few foods on the menu that you can order them to prepare for you. Tip: One pot of the broth will definitely feed at least two people, Probably three, depending on how many times you add more items into it and reheat.

Very underrated. The owners are really kind and friendly, remind me of my home country. The Sichuan base soup was sooo good, the milk tea's not too sweet nor bitter. Even though we wanted taro milk tea, they only have oolong milk tea, sadly. Overall 8/10, worth to try, and it's our third time here and we're coming again!
