Sign in to reviewHorrible specialist, not thorough, doesn't listen, doesn't follow through on promises, doesn't follow up. Makes you feel like an interruption in his day. Doesn't care about how you feel, only the bill getting paid. Staff is rude and short with you, booking appointments take forever. Billing is condescending when you question the bill. And they lie to cover for their mistakes, not accountable. A very insulting experience all together. Would never recommend him to anyone. Its a real shame when a "specialist" is not capable and has no right to call himself one, and acts more like the know it all from high school, with an inflated sense of entitlement, and has the same type of staff to work around him.....And then we have to pay them for this "specialized" service...disgusting.
I spent a week in the hospital due to a post operative MRSA infection. Dr. Hsu was the ID divot that I saw while there. He was so kind and thorough. His bedside manner was gentle and he took the time to answer every question that I had. He was responsive and present. He helped get me through a very scary situation.
